Adorno is a band you should already know - beautiful post-hc/emo/punk straight outta Portugal. Sugartown Cabaret from France go a similar way, but more diversified and with some post-rock influences. Unfortunatley, the playtime of this 12'' is quiet short and the songs are not the bands best ones.

Yay, the new Adorno release is out! For those who don't know the band - Adorno is a fourpiece from Portugal that plays very nice melodic emocore stuff. I already had the pleasure to see them live and I can tell you their drummer is amazing, hehe. Very likeable band anyway. Some reviews say that the sound on this 7'' is more post-rock than emo, but I don't think so...

Errata - Selftitled

Errata from Portugal asked me to put their EP on my blog. They consist of 5 members who play nice epic&melodic screamo, somewhere between Funeral Diner, Envy and some softer stuff...anyway they're quite outstanding! They sing mostly in Portuguese wich is quite unique even in Portugal. It might sound weird but it actually works out pretty well.

They're also looking for a label (possibly a foreign one) and for places to play, not only in Portugal but also throughout Europe.
