Arround two years ago, I uploaded the Grand Griffon 7" here. Rough screamo-punkrock by members of old Escapado, Kurhaus and Tackleberry. Well, this "demo" wasn't a real release. These are just three demo songs ("Kein Wort", "Nie mehr so alt", "Von gestern") they provided @ their myspace site quite a while ago. They were later released in a better quality on their s-t 7" respectively on their Protektor 12''. My favourite song is "Von gestern". Check it out.

Faced Moment - The Timbre. The unsetting Film.

Started as a 3-piece screamo band in 2003, Faced Moment played many shows in Germany, Belgium, France and Luxembourg. In 2004 their released a selftitled album, one year after their demo cd „Leidenschafft“ was recorded and which might still be their most popular work.
After 2 years of playing and furher 2 years of standstill, Faced Moment exchanged their bass player and started with new enthusiasm to create their first full lenght titled „the timbre, the unsettling film.“, which sounds way harder, more mature and less melancholic. Mio & Alia - Split

Passionated split tape between Leipzig's Alia and Mio. Mio (who only consist of 2 members) deliver 5 minimalist emo/screamo songs - 4 of them are taken from their first 7" - whereas Alia play some more epic stuff between post-punk, emo and post-rock. Anyhow, both bands have many instrumental parts in their songs.
The blue tapes are handdubbed and spraypainted. All clothcovers are handsewed and handscreened closed with a button. There were 70 tapes made, all handnumbered and meanwhile sold-out.

I guess most of you already heard of Loma Prieta. They are a screamo band from USA / San Francisco that is pretty much tending to rough hardcore & emo violence so they leave no time to breath for you.
This cd was released for their tour in Japan in 2009 and contains the songs from their split 7" with L'antietam, the 'Last City' 12"/cd, the 'Matrimony' 7", the 'Our lp is your ep' one-sided 12''/cd and their demo cd-r. In other words - everything except the 'Dark Mountain' 12'' & the new 'Life / Less' 12''.
At the moment they're touring through Europe and will also play on the CMAR Fest, so maybe you will get to see them, check their Myspace for the dates.
